In the final month of 2025, POSH Medica was honoured to welcome Mr. Wirawat Panthawangkun

to share insights at an Exclusive Meeting attended by C-Level management, managers, and supervisors. The session provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives and strengthen leadership thinking in support of POSH’s journey towards becoming a public company.

Mr. Wirawat shared practical mindset insights aimed at making the organisation “more focused and refined” covering key themes such as the guidance of Mr. Banthoon Lamsam —“Do not act without clarity, Calculation, do not be careless, and teamwork”—along with Critical Thinking and Self-Reflection.

The meeting concluded with warm and open discussions, allowing participants to exchange experiences and receive thoughtful guidance in a supportive atmosphere. These valuable insights will help POSH leaders apply a positive mindset to their work and management for the sustainable benefit of the organisation.
