Charters

The Company places great emphasis on and fully recognizes the importance of good corporate governance. In addition to requiring that the Board of Directors strictly perform its duties in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Public Limited Companies Act B.E. 2535 (1992), securities and exchange laws, and other relevant regulations, the Company has also established charters for both the Board of Directors and its sub-committees.

These charters are designed to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the Board and its sub-committees, ensuring alignment with good corporate governance principles. They also serve to assure that the operations of all business units are conducted efficiently, lawfully, and in compliance with best practice standards.

Such governance frameworks help ensure that the Company is managed appropriately, effectively, and with optimal performance. This in turn builds investor and stakeholder confidence in the Company’s fair, transparent, and thoroughly supervised operations.
